Workshop Development
Developing academic content for the Second Science Project, a partnership between Center for Decision Research at the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and The Second City, the world's premier school of improvisation. These workshops intersect behavioral science with improvisational practice to cultivate the behavioral insights and interpersonal skills needed in today’s workplace.
The two-hour workshop Xuan designed with colleagues, “Inclusion in Practice: Appreciating our Differences”, currently offers open enrollment to the University of Chicago community through the Diversity & Inclusion Office as well as a one-hour version open to the general public that can be requested via The Second City Works.
